Interesting to see that the 20/80 proportion became 80/20 so fast.
I read that half of the counterfeited watches are Rolex, I’m wondering what is also at the top? Nautilus? RO? ROO?
I recall an older post/article about the mini fake-factories who were pilfering PP dresswatches to get hold of authentic PP movements.
Maybe time to relook at the blockchains solutions that VC was experimenting with at the time of the QdL?? Does anyone know of any other solution in place to authenticate watches?

If you see a Rolex for sale in a Rolex Boutique or at a Rolex AD, it must be a fake...

That is actually mostly true!
There are actually fake factories pilfering PP dress watches, particularly 5127s, 5296s, for the 315 and 324 movements to make them into Nautilus 5711 watches.
