Hello dear friend ! Tremendous photos and some cool “KIS” watches to start the WristScan theme this weekend. In the words of Arnold Alois Schwarzenegger …. I’ll be back 😎

I´m happy to know you liked my choices to open the KIS watch event and I´m always thankful for your so kind comments on my posts. I wish you enjoyed your weekend and will have a nice week ahead. Best cordial regards, Abel.
This is a great watch. I own the brown dial version and enjoy it so much too. Great underwater shot. And a lovely contribution from Mrs. K and her OP Rolex which epitomizes the KIS watch concept. Hagwe! Abel
... a superb example of the watch watch which started the Royal Oak Legend! The dial patina adds to its charm and interest of this timeless design. Keep enjoying it so much and thank you so much for sharing. Hagwe! Abel

I specially like your second shot which captures to perfection the character of this futuristic watch. Enjoy your weekend my dear friend. Look forward to more KIS watches in your collection! Abel
The interesting thing is that this watch is a real conversation starter and I find it very refreshing. It generates less envy and a more positive conversation about watches. I think it should be named “The Friendship”
A simple 2 hander with an exposed movement. No one does thin like Piaget. Although this lost the title of the thinnest watch many years back, I’ll take the additional mm or 2 for the elegance of the dial. The Traditionelle Small Seconds is still a “go to”...
You share superb KIS watches here fitting in the Theme, even if their stunning dials are not really simple. A gift for the eyes. I can understand your fondness for your beautiful Santos by Cartier. Beautiful collection! Thank you so much for sharing. Hagw...
The Santos Dumont has such a rich history with Cartier - first wrist watch - arguably the first sports/aviation watch too. Definitely one of my favorites!
The Vacheron is such a beautifully simple watch - with an outstanding movement. I’ve had this white gold one for many years. I must say that I do like the boutique only grey dial model, but had already jumped in when this one was released.
The Grönefeld is another one of my favorites. For the longest while I thought I’d go for the 1941 Remontoire- but the symmetry of the Principia won me over 😊

... that these timepieces can´t be gorgeous and stunning. These three watches are superb and I specially love your Gronefeld. The meteorite dial adds to the charm and interest in this example you own. Keep enjoing them so much. Hagwe! Abel
Having owned an origin, I know that it is so satisfying on the wrist! The shape of the case and hands cannot be captured by photo. Gmt CEP tradionelle may be my favorite modem vc. Wish I hadn't waited so long to pursue the other platinum version, which be...

I specially love your Grenchen "Packman" (inspired in a vintage model of that brand) with those so special indexes which add to its charm. Great pictures to share them. Keep enjoying so much your KIS timepieces and Hagwe! Abel
But yet simple somehow. Picture 1: Vacheron Constantin Ref. 6115 A., fitted with Cal. 1003/1 (from a private European collection). Picture 2: Vacheron Constantin Ref. 6115 A., fitted with Cal. 1003/1 (from a private European collection). ...
All of them perfectly fit in the theme of this weekend. I would say the Moser wins in the minimalistic display of time. Fantastic! Great pictures to boot. Thank you for your entry! Hagwe, Abel
The composite material makes the watch simple but with technological edge! With Titanium back, ceramic bezel and fiber glass composite case, that a lot of cutting edge watch materials in one simple watch! ...
Agree with your description of this watch considering the materials used to make it. Striking presence on the wrist. Thank you for sharing it here! Hagwe! Abel
It was a W&W 2023 release but I never seen it in shop until last week despite occasionally dropping in a few time. You can find my older post grumbling about it. The price increased 600 from 2023 release to 2024. I just grab it as it the only piece th...
Hallo dear Abel! Since exactly two months I am exploring the behaviour of my latest watch, which is simple but very enjoyable. It is the perfect daily beater, running only -1 second today, after two months wearing. The reason is, it is reliably running in...
It not Oh Mine Gosh, it OMeGa! Railmaster rocks! Was tempted to get one when I saw this more than decade ago but back then I am a stance ball watch supporter. 😅
I love the minimalistic and timeless design of its dial. And so easy to read time with it. The watch performance you mention is fantastic and agree it is fit for any situation. I´m sure you are enjoying this new addition to your collection so much. Receiv...
An under appreciated version of the watch with a good variety of sizes and even a chronograph option. There's also a chronograph with red accents that was made for the China market. So much more to explore than the Explorer! 🫢
Fantastic choices all of them. Some of them we share owning so you know my big love with them. I would say my favorite is your Chopard orange dial. Stunning piece!! Great shots to share them here. Keep enjoying and loving your KIS watches so much my dear ...

I learned this reply from my dear mother when my father asked her about a particular item of clothing or accessory…. “This old thing ?…. it’s been in my wardrobe for years” 😉

... and a trusty wrist companion for more than twenty years. I hope you find one of your own someday. But beware, it ticks so loudly that I have to keep it in a box, and in a drawer, at night or it will keep my wife up.
As it turns out, two of my favorite watches are “simple”. My trusty Explorer, and a family vintage Omega. Perhaps I’ll throw this one in for good measure. ...
The Explorer is a very versatile watch, your charming Omega has the added value of its provenance and the Reverso a timeless classic. Enjoy your KIS watches so much! Thank you for your entry! Hagwe Abel

Will the Zenith go back to your collection? Lol! That’s a great watch for a lady or gentleman for sure. Thank you and your wife for your entry!! Cheers! Abel
of the light on the hands and markers turns it into champagne very often. I also liked the green dial but yes, I went for the silver cos it seemed more atemporal.
The arrival of this watch coincided well with the topic. For the past year or so, I have posted a few times on my desire to go a bit simpler moving forward. Also to consolidate, overall. This Parmigiani is a major success for goal 1. Does not help goal 2 ...

Yes, I feel diver watches fit in the theme as the moving bezel is not truly a complication but an additional feature moved by the owners hand... sometimes. Lol. Guess most diving watches sold in the present belong to desk divers. Lol! I´m sure you are enj...
